We want you to be fully satisfied with your Run The Jewels apparel; if your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original mailer, attach the new shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
